These terms govern your use of ridgewoodinsights.com and your purchase or use of Ridgewood Insights digital reports. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Website and service use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payment requests, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
2. Paid digital reports
The report title, description, currency, and price displayed at checkout form the commercial terms of your order. Mobile-money payments are currently processed through pawaPay. The displayed price is the total amount requested at checkout; we do not add a separate tax or payment-gateway surcharge. Any tax that Ridgewood Insights is required to account for is borne from that displayed amount rather than added to the customer's checkout total.
A payment prompt or browser return does not by itself mean that an order has been paid. We accept an order and release a paid report only after our server verifies the completed payment, amount, currency, and order reference with the payment provider.
3. Delivery and access
Paid reports are delivered as secure digital downloads after verified payment. For the initial service, access is linked to the browser used for the purchase. You should download and store your copy promptly. If you lose browser access or payment completes without delivery, contact us with your Ridgewood order reference and purchasing email so we can verify the transaction and assist you.
4. Licence and permitted use
Unless a report states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use. Ridgewood Insights and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights.
You must not:
- Republish or publicly distribute a report or a substantial part of it
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute a report
- Remove copyright, source, or attribution notices
- Use a report to misrepresent Ridgewood Insights' advice or endorsement
5. Refunds and delivery support
Refund requests are reviewed manually. We will investigate duplicate charges, verified technical non-delivery, materially defective or unreadable files, and other cases required by applicable law. Because the product is digital, a change-of-mind refund may be declined after the report has been made available or downloaded, to the extent permitted by law.
Send requests to enquiries@ridgewoodinsights.com with the purchasing email, report title, Ridgewood order reference, and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel. The time for the credit to appear may depend on the mobile-money provider.
6. Informational nature of reports
Reports provide general accounting, tax, regulatory, or business information as at the stated publication date. They are not individualized legal, tax, investment, or financial advice and do not replace advice based on your specific facts. Laws, administrative practice, and source material may change after publication.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, Ridgewood Insights is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general report content or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Governing law and contact
